Ocean Freight
With our ocean freight service, all you need to ensure is that your package is delivered by 5PM on a Tuesday and you will have it in hand by the next week Wednesday/Thursday.

Please however, bear in mind that general shipment delays can impact delays in delivery.

There is a 35% charge on the total cost of your order to obtain your package(s).

There is no membership required to create or maintain your Maxwell JA Shipping account.

You may find your shipping address once you log into your account and visit the My Shipping Address page.

No, packages received that do not belong to an account i.e. contains our account ID, will not be sent. Create your account to obtain your ID and begin shopping.

We highly recommend that you add a new package once you have placed your order. It makes the tracking of your package with us much smoother.

Once you have added your package, we will notify of the location of your package each step of the way.
Please find the different statuses you will see:
New Parcel: You have created a new package alert for a recent order
Delivered to Warehouse: We have received your order at our US based warehouse and it will be sent on our next shipment.
On the Way: Your order has made our recent shipment and is on its way to Jamaica
Pickup Available: Your order has cleared customs and all fees have been applied. You may now pickup your package at our local store; Cottage Road Montego Bay.

We strongly recommend you adding the invoice to each package you create. Missing invoices can cause delays in delivery of your order. In addition, this leaves the possibility of customs charging fees based on their estimated cost of the order.
