OCEAN FREIGHT
For ocean freight shipments, packages received by 5:00 PM on Tuesdays are typically available for pickup by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.
While we aim to maintain consistent schedules, occasional shipping or port delays may occur.
A 35% fee calculated on the total order value is required to clear and obtain your package(s).
AIR FREIGHT
Our air freight service offers faster turnaround times for urgent shipments. Packages are generally available for pickup within 1–3 business days after arrival, depending on customs clearance.
While we strive for quick processing, flight or customs delays may occasionally occur.
Air freight fees are determined by package weight and applicable handling charges.
FREIGHT FORWARDING

Once registered, you’ll receive a unique client ID and your Florida warehouse address to use for all U.S. online purchases.
Shop & Ship
Start shopping! Enter your Florida address and Client ID as the shipping address when checking out on U.S. sites.
Email Your Invoice
After placing your order, send us the commercial invoice right away to enable quick processing and accurate customs charges.
